• Execute the demand generation plan to support growth.
• Lead the EMEA Sales Development team and Pune team for global alignment.
• Leverage data to identify trends and improve processes across teams.
• Oversee Salesforce and other CRM tools across the function.
• Mentor and coach SDRs; drive coaching and performance.
