Job summary

Avalara, Inc. is hiring a Senior Revenue Marketing Manager to lead Enterprise and Mid-Market demand generation across UKI & EMEA. You will connect Marketing and Sales to ensure campaigns generate and convert pipeline, contributing to Avalara's international growth strategy.

You will collaborate with the International Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, International, and will leverage AI to drive efficiency and scale campaigns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with emphasis on demand generation and pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end demand generation programmes for Enterprise and Mid-Market across priority EMEA markets.
• Design multi-channel campaigns (paid digital, ABM, field, partner-led motions) aligned to buying cycles.
• Partner with Sales and SDRs to ensure seamless handoffs, fast follow-up, and effective lead progression.
• Drive pipeline velocity and bookings through disciplined planning and real-time investment decisions.
• Diagnose mid-funnel bottlenecks and lead re-engagement plays for stalled pipeline.
• Manage the EMEA Enterprise marketing budget and track ROI against pipeline and bookings outcomes.
• Equip SDRs with relevant content and context to improve conversion.
• Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency, personalise campaigns, and scale demand generation efforts.
