Job summary

Arena by PTC in London (King's Cross Office) is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join the EMEA team. You will engage prospects, explain Arena's cloud-native PLM and QMS solutions, and drive opportunities across the region.

You will collaborate with marketing and sales, supported by structured training and mentorship, to grow your career in technology sales within a global SaaS company. This role is office-based in London.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent life/work experience.
• Interest in technology, SaaS, or business development.
• Experience in any customer-facing role—retail, hospitality, service, internships, or volunteer work all count.
• Fluency in English and in one of French, German, or Spanish.
• Open to learning—no prior sales or tech experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through outreach and relationship-building.
• Share how Arena’s cloud-native PLM and QMS solutions make a real impact on product and quality teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to turn interest into opportunity.
• Build your sales skills through structured training, mentorship, and peer support.
• Use Salesforce to track progress and stay organized.
