Job summary

SharkNinja is launching its EMEA RGM function and seeks a change agent to build it from the ground up. You’ll be hands-on with margin modelling, use AI to speed analysis, and influence decisions across Sales, Marketing and Demand Planning.

Based in the UK with travel to Frankfurt and Paris, you’ll report to the EMEA RGM Senior Director, lead ROI and gross margin improvements, and help shape pricing guardrails while fostering a data-driven, ROI-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in the consumer industry.
• Fluency in P&L from top to bottom, including sales and share, promotional investment, retailer terms, gross margin and mix.
• A track record of delivering culture change through high energy, impact focused work.
• German or French language skills are a plus, English fluent is required.
• Hands on Excel skills and comfort using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive ROI and P&L improvements across the EMEA region.
• Lead margin modelling and ROI analysis to inform investments.
• Challenge stakeholders with data and call actions that matter.
• Establish pricing guardrails and promotional red lines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Demand Planning to align on ROI goals.
