Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst for pricing across the EMEA region. The role focuses on pricing, promotions, margin analysis, and reporting, reporting to the Senior Manager Pricing and Promotions – EMEA. You will drive growth and operational excellence with cross-functional collaboration.

The position emphasises data analytics, dashboard development, and SOX-compliant processes across markets. Hybrid London office presence expected three days per week.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with sales and commercial teams.
• Excellent communication of complex financial data to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Pricing and promotional support for EMEA markets.
• Develop, implement, and optimize FP&A dashboards.
• Build financial models to assess market opportunities and launches.
• Lead data analytics and provide actionable insights for planning.
• Identify process improvements and automate reporting.
