SharkNinja in the UK is seeking an HR Optimization Specialist to drive a high‑performing EMEA People & Culture function. You’ll partner with the Chief People Officer to turn data, processes and AI into better outcomes for the business and our teams.

This is an early‑to‑mid career opportunity with high impact and exposure, where you’ll own the P&C roadmap, tackle friction, implement AI tools, and help SharkNinja move with speed and precision in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experience using data dashboards to drive HR decisions.
• Ability to translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational right-hand to the EMEA CPO, translating strategy into a prioritized roadmap.
• Remove friction and build processes to improve efficiency across the HR leadership team.
• Identify and deploy AI tools to automate tasks and sharpen insights.
• Collaborate with People Experience to develop dashboards and reporting.
• Represent SharkNinja mindset and drive continuous improvement.
