SharkNinja in London is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Manager, Media to join our expanding regional marketing team, with NEUR (Nordics and Benelux) and SEUR (Spain and Italy) bases in London. You will be key in developing, executing, and optimizing our media strategy across multiple channels with a specific focus on driving brand awareness and sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a media agency, media owner, or client-side media team.
• Strong project management skills with multiple campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience in social and influencer strategies and paid social planning.
• Experience with budget planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of the small domestic appliance industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-channel media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan, activate and report on media plans across the Scale Markets region.
• Define campaign media targets, set budgets, and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
• Work with Social and Influencer strategies and paid social campaign planning.
• Bridge upper and lower funnel media activation and optimize media strategies.
• Oversee reporting of media campaign performance to stakeholders.
• Manage media buying across social, digital, and other channels.
• Execute, optimize, and track media campaigns within budget and timelines.
• Use marketing analytics tools to measure ROI and identify improvements.
• Stay updated on advertising trends and new media opportunities.
