SharkNinja is seeking an HR Optimization Manager to drive a high-performing EMEA P&C function. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead initiatives, develop analytics, and turn data and AI into better business outcomes for the people function.

You will partner across HR and business teams to translate strategy into a practical roadmap, remove friction, and deliver value with speed and focus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Develop and drive an efficient P&C EMEA operating model.
• Own and drive the P&C EMEA roadmap and improvements.
• Lead critical P&C projects with clear scope and outcomes.
• Partner with People Experience to develop dashboards, data analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous optimization and AI-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational right hand to the EMEA CPO, translating strategy into a prioritized roadmap and driving completion.
• Remove friction and build processes to drive efficiency across the HR Leadership team.
• Bring AI into P&C workflows to automate manual tasks and sharpen insights.
• Operate in SharkNinja's fast-paced development environment with a can-do mindset.
• Embed the company values to accelerate product time-to-market against competitors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact HR initiatives across the region.
