Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to partner with commercial and finance leaders across the EMEA region. You will focus on pricing, promotions, margin analysis, and business reporting while supporting cross-functional initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.

The role reports to the Senior Manager Pricing and Promotions – EMEA and offers visibility and impact within a fast-paced consumer products environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Oracle or a comparable ERP system.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for fast-paced environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales and commercial teams.
• Ability to present complex financial data to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Pricing and promotional support for EMEA, including invoicing pricing and SOX controls.
• Develop and optimize financial reports and BI dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Analyse margins, ROI, and pricing strategies for market opportunities.
• Lead data analytics to inform planning and promotions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
