Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a proven Relationship Manager to join our EMEA Commercial team in the UK. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and Global Payments, understand client needs, and help drive revenue growth across merchants and partners.

You will coordinate client meetings, present solutions on-site with executives, mentor junior team members, and ensure alignment of technology with business goals while focusing on retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Relationship Manager in payments/fintech.
• Understanding of global payment requirements and client needs.
• Optional language skills (Italian/French/Spanish) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between client and Global Payments.
• Build network of users across client organizations, including operational and executive levels.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Global Payments offices and client sites.
• Sell products and services and manage relationships to drive revenue.
• Ensure alignment of client technology with business strategies.
• Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
