• Extensive EMIR/SFTR regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Compliance on regulatory interpretation for EMEA changes.
• Conduct gap analyses against post-change requirements across booking models.
• Lead root cause analyses and cross-jurisdictional impact assessments.
• Drive remediation plans with technology teams and ensure traceability docs updated.
• Coordinate UAT planning, oversight, and regional sign-offs.
• Lead governance for regulatory reporting initiatives and stakeholder updates.
