Job summary

J.P. Morgan seeks a Regulatory Reporting – Associate to join the Wholesale KYC Operations Team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will oversee end-to-end governance and delivery of EMЕA regulatory reporting, coordinating calendars, validating data, and escalating issues to senior stakeholders. You will partner with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Technology and Finance to ensure timely regulatory obligations and remediation actions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EMEA regulatory expectations and experience with AML/KYC, client onboarding or wholesale banking operations.
• Experience in Change or Business Management, including governance, project delivery, process improvement, testing or exec-level materials.
• Experience with data visualization, workflow or analytical tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, JIRA, SQL or Python.
• Ability to work with large data sets and turn them into actionable regulatory outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver recurring and ad hoc regulatory reports across EMEA, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain regional reporting inventory, submission calendar and audit trails.
• Perform data-quality checks, investigate exceptions, and coordinate corrective actions with data owners.
• Respond to information requests from internal/external reviewers and provide supporting data.
• Build partnerships across EMEA Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance and Technology.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and strengthen reporting processes and controls.
• Support Change activities including requirements gathering, process mapping and testing.
