OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Regional Operations Director for the EMEA region based in London. You will lead regional operations, setting strategy, governance and performance standards to enable scalable growth and strong client delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Senior operations leadership experience in advertising, consulting, or professional services.
• Deep understanding of agency operating models, including client delivery and margins.
• Proven experience leading regional or multi-market operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage profitability levers.
• Experience owning resource and capacity management with demand/supply visibility.
• Ability to use KPIs and data to drive action and improve performance.
• Experience embedding governance and process discipline across complex teams.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, Technology and Delivery.
