Job summary

OLIVER in London is seeking a Regional Operations Director (EMEA) to translate a global operating model into market-specific execution. You will lead the regional operations team, partner with regional and global leaders, and ensure governance, performance and delivery controls underpin scalable growth.

You'll drive cadence, risk management, capacity planning and continuous improvement across client delivery, finance, HR and technology, balancing strategic direction with hands-on problem solving

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership experience within advertising, consulting, or professional services.
• Strong understanding of agency operating models and client delivery.
• Proven track record leading regional or multi-market teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and margin discipline.
• Experience using data/KPIs to drive action and improvement.
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Comfort with AI governance and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Regional operational leadership: set priorities and governance for the EMEA function.
• Client delivery operations: own run model, manage risk and ensure delivery.
• Governance, cadence and decision management: maintain regional forums and accountability.
• Operating model execution: embed global standards into market practices.
• Resource and capacity management: forecast demand, optimize deployment and utilisation.
• Business and client enablement: ensure onboarding, timesheeting, billing readiness and enablement.
• Commercial performance and margin management: monitor margins and cost-to-serve, protect profitability.
• Regional insight and continuous improvement: identify risks and drive remediation.
• Cross-functional partnership: connect regional with global capabilities across functions.
• Team leadership and development: coach and grow the regional team.
