Job summary

Digital Turbine, Inc. is seeking a Publisher Account Manager to lead relationships with strategic mobile app publishers across Western and Eastern Europe from London.

You will own onboarding, integration, troubleshooting, performance growth, and retention to maximize partner value. You will analyze data, share insights with stakeholders, coordinate with Sales, Engineers, Product, Legal and Finance, and identify growth opportunities across DT Exchange and other products.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the ad tech industry with account management or customer success.
• Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken).
• Hands-on knowledge of RTB, programmatic, ad exchanges, DSPs, and mediation.
• Strong understanding of the mobile app industry (utility and gaming).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior-level clients.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact across top strategic EMEA mobile app publishers.
• Own the full client lifecycle from onboarding to optimization and retention.
• Provide strategic consultation and day-to-day support to maximize publisher success and revenue.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead upsell initiatives of DT products and integrations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineers, Product, Legal and Finance on account setup and invoicing.
• Analyze account data and deliver clear, actionable performance insights.
