Job summary

MSCI Inc. Real Assets Private Assets unit seeks a Property Intel Product Manager to lead product strategy and development across the EMEA region.

The role partners with banks, insurers, public sector bodies, and advisory firms to evolve data, valuation benchmarks, and collateral risk analytics for real estate lending. Responsibilities include market analysis, end-to-end product lifecycle, pricing decisions, GTM execution, and ongoing client engagement to defend and grow revenue while expanding

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of European (EMEA) commercial real estate markets and property data usage in banking.
• Experience with financial institution clients and regulatory capital considerations tied to real estate collateral.
• Extensive experience managing regional, cross-functional teams in investment industries.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and leading high-performing product teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration across matrixed orgs.
• Ability to translate strategy into pricing, packaging and GTM plans.

Responsibilities

• Market analysis of EMEA property markets and client needs.
• Own product lifecycle from ideation to launch and pricing decisions.
• Engage with clients across EMEA to gather feedback and refine product.
• Defend and grow revenue through incumbent relationships and cross-sell.
• Develop new Property Intel capabilities with data providers and researchers.
• Create business plans with pricing, packaging and competitive analysis.
• Plan development for property intel products across client segments (banks, insurers, public sector, advisory).
• Develop go-to-market plans for new features and products.
• Coordinate product releases and client communications with sales and support teams.
• Monitor market reception and adjust commercial packaging and positioning.
