You will work with engineering, data science and commercial teams to drive product-market fit and adoption across insurers, leveraging geospatial data, catastrophe analytics and AI-powered insights.

The role requires experience in property underwriting, end-to-end product development, and a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in property underwriting data and analytics workflows.
• Proven ability to take a product from concept to market with expanding geography.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and data science to translate needs into specs.
• Commercial fluency: pricing, packaging and revenue accountability.

Aufgaben

• Own PMF for property underwriting data solutions in European and London Market insurance.
• Iterate product with engineering and data science; define technical specs from customer needs.
• Map insurer variations to adoption paths and product design decisions.
• Lead carrier evaluation programs and prioritize product decisions from evidence.
• Shape GTM with sales, marketing and client success; refine buyer personas and value propositions.
• Achieve revenue outcomes by supporting business development and conversions.
• Develop and advance the business case, financial model and investment plan.
