Job summary

Michael Page Property and Construction is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a substantial EMEA real estate portfolio. The role spans acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, budget oversight and strategic portfolio planning, with broad exposure to stakeholder engagement across offices, industrial and manufacturing sites.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS or equivalent, with five years' post-qualification experience, strong commercial negotiation and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• MRICS or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in commercial property management.
• Experience with acquisitions, removals and lease negotiations.
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing external consultants and advisers.
• Knowledge of Town and Country Planning processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing property-related budgets.
• Degree or postgraduate qualification in commercial property or related discipline.
• Minimum of five years' post-qualification experience or equivalent.
• Eligible to obtain Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property portfolio activities across the EMEA region.
• Lead and support acquisitions, disposals, relocations, lease renewals and rent reviews.
• Work closely with landlords, agents, consultants and external suppliers to optimise the property portfolio.
• Support strategic estate planning, asset reviews and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
• Oversee property-related budgets and ensure cost-effective utilisation of real estate assets.
• Coordinate planning-related activities and provide guidance on property development matters.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements across the estate.
• Maintain accurate property records and databases relating to owned and leased assets.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify, manage and mitigate property-related risks.
