Job summary

MSCI is seeking a product manager for Sustainability & Climate solutions within the Private Assets Product team. You will shape AI-enabled platform solutions across physical, transition, nature and emerging risks for institutional clients and managers.

The role covers discovery through launch and ongoing enhancements in an AI-first environment. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate client needs and market insights into shipped products, with a strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an S&C product management role with financial services and AI exposure.
• Experience in physical/transition/nature risk within private markets.
• Proven ability with data analysis, process mapping and lifecycle documentation.
• Knowledge of AI tools to prototype and solve client problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA/CAIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation, discovery and execution of new S&C products in private markets where AI is grounded in solutioning.
• Drive S&C solutions in private markets for data management, analytic segments or derived data products.
• Support business cases with market due diligence, opportunity sizing and positioning.
• Design pricing models and assist with sales campaign planning and execution.
• Coordinate go-to-market planning with Program Management, Marketing and Coverage.
• Analyse product usage to develop insights on client behavior and opportunities.
• Prepare reports for MSCI’s senior management reviews.
• Support strategic client opportunities from a product perspective.
• Build deep knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
