Job summary

Moody's is seeking a senior product leader to own property underwriting data solutions across European and London Market insurance. You will drive product-market fit, work directly with engineering and data science, and shape how insur ers leverage data and AI to make better underwriting decisions.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and client success to refine value proposition, pricing, and adoption, while maintaining accountability for revenue outcomes and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of product management experience or equivalent in property underwriting tech
• Experience taking a product from concept to market including geographic/segment expansion
• Deep knowledge of property and casualty underwriting processes and data usage
• Technical depth to work with engineering and data science on data products
• Commercial fluency: pricing, packaging, and revenue outcomes
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority
• Experience with AI concepts and responsible AI practices
• Experience in London Market or US exposures is valued but not required

Responsibilities

• Own the path to product-market fit for property underwriting data solutions in European and London Market insurance
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to translate customer jobs into technical specs
• Map variations in underwriting practice across markets to design distinct adoption paths
• Lead carrier evaluation programs from design to prioritised product decisions
• Iterate go‑to‑market strategies with sales, marketing and client success
• Maintain commercial accountability from evaluations to paid adoption
• Develop and advance the business case, financial model, and go‑to‑market plan
• Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies spanning geospatial data sourcing and privacy review
• Represent the product with clients across European markets and US-exposed business
