Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting an experienced Property Manager to support a substantial EMEA real estate portfolio within a global engineering and manufacturing organisation. The role covers acquisitions, disposals, lease management and strategic portfolio planning.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS or equivalent, with five years post-qualification experience, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage budgets across multiple sites in the UK.

Qualifications

• MRICS or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in commercial property management and lease negotiations.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property portfolio activities across the EMEA region.
• Lead acquisitions, disposals, relocations, lease renewals and rent reviews.
• Collaborate with landlords, agents, consultants and suppliers to optimise the portfolio.
• Support strategic estate planning, asset reviews and portfolio optimisation.
• Oversee property budgets and ensure cost-effective real estate usage.
• Coordinate planning-related activities and advise on development matters.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Maintain property records and databases for owned and leased assets.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to manage property-related risks.
