Sonos Professional is the business within Sonos dedicated to the custom installation, integrator, and commercial-lite AV markets across the globe. The EMEA Professional Commercial Leader owns the full commercial agenda for the region — strategy, P&L, channel execution, and team — and is Sonos' senior voice in Europe for the professional audio and AV industry. This role is a strategic growth pillar for the company, combining deep market expertise with cross-functional influence to shape both the regional go-to-market and the global product roadmap.
What You’ll Do
- Own the EMEA Professional P&L and annual commercial plan, delivering sustained revenue and margin growth across the residential and commercial-lite custom installation market.
- Build and execute distributor‑led go-to‑market strategies across the custom installation, integrator, and system‑integrator channels, setting priorities by country and segment.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Professional Account Managers across EMEA, setting clear objectives, standards, and accountability while shaping team structure and talent mix as the business grows.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key distributors, integrators, consultants, and industry bodies across European markets.
- Partner with Product Management and engineering teams to represent EMEA Professional market needs, translating customer and channel feedback into prioritized roadmap requirements.
- Serve as the European representative on the Global Professional Steering Committee, collaborating with Americas and global Professional leaders to align strategy and investment.
- Use market data, competitor intelligence, and customer insight to guide pricing, channel, and portfolio decisions across EMEA.
- Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, and Legal to deliver the Professional strategy.
- Act as the senior commercial and technical voice for key customers and partners, advising on solution design, system integration, and best practice.
- Represent Sonos Professional at industry events, trade shows, and partner forums across the region.
