Job summary

SC Johnson seeks an EMEA Process Transformation Manager in Frimley to lead end-to-end transformation across value streams, delivering sustainable improvements with agile methods. You will drive adoption, measure benefits, and coach cross-functional teams to scale delivery.

The role reports to the EMEA SSC Leadership Team and emphasizes cross-cultural collaboration. Key responsibilities include delivering high-impact programs, shaping the transformation portfolio, embedding automation and AI, and

Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and continuous improvement in business processes.
Proven end-to-end process transformation and operational excellence.
Agile delivery with iterative planning, prioritization, and dependency management.
People leadership with performance management and capability building.
Influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Data-driven performance management with baselines, targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead program delivery end-to-end with accountability for scope, outcomes and adoption.
Drive value realization with measurable KPIs and governance routines.
Shape portfolio priorities and align stakeholders on trade-offs.
Redesign processes and embed digitalization and AI to improve performance.
Foster adoption, change readiness, training and stabilization.
Develop and coach the 4 direct reports and broader teams.
Partner with senior leaders to drive accountability across functions.
