You will drive delivery excellence, oversee a portfolio of strategic projects, and lead a high-performing team while championing AI-native ways of working.

Reporting to the Director, DWS Delivery - EMEA, you will ensure successful outcomes, strengthen operational performance, and advance Lenovo's services growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT services, managed services, or outsourcing.
• Leadership in matrixed, geographically dispersed teams.
• Expert program and project management across multi-workstreams.

• Lead end-to-end transition programs across the regional portfolio.
• Drive delivery excellence with governance, risk, and scope control.
