Job summary

SC Johnson in Frimley, Surrey, UK is seeking an experienced EMEA Process Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end transformation programs across value streams. You will drive agile delivery, cross-functional alignment, and strong execution to accelerate performance.

Expect to manage 4 direct reports, develop teams, and embed change processes with measurable outcomes. The role reports to the EMEA SSC Leadership Team and requires no relocation outside the UK for this posting.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact transformation programs end-to-end.
• Mobilize cross-functional delivery at speed using agile methods.
• Define targets, baselines, value cases, and KPIs.
• Embed adoption plans and sustainment through change management.
• Coach and develop four direct reports and scale delivery.
• Partner with senior leaders to align decisions across functions.
