Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of supply chain, logistics, operations, or partner coordination experience.
• Experience supporting governance activities or project coordination in cross-functional environments.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities.
• Regional experience managing multiple markets’ operations and suppliers.
• Ability to drive structured execution in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead orchestration of operational processes related to 3PL partner management across the EMEA distribution network.
• Deploy standardized partner management processes and governance activities.
• Collaborate with global teams to deploy capabilities and standards in the region.
• Ensure alignment with service expectations and transformation objectives.
• Support governance cadences and reporting for regional stakeholders.
