Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Global Business Solutions EMEA Process Transformation Manager in the UK to lead end-to-end transformation across value streams. You will drive adoption, digital enablement, and measurable benefits while developing a high-performing team and partnering with senior leaders.

You will manage a portfolio of high-impact programs, applying Lean, Agile, and data-driven approaches to deliver value quickly and sustain gains across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and proven experience applying continuous improvement methods to business processes.
• Proven experience in process transformation / Operational Excellence, delivering end-to-end programs with measurable results.
• Agile delivery experience with iterative cycles and dependency management to accelerate value.
• People leadership experience, coaching teams and managing performance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions in a matrixed environment.
• Experience working across cultures and geographies in global teams.

Responsibilities

• Personally lead high-impact transformation programs end-to-end, accountable for scope, outcomes, delivery pace, adoption, and sustained performance.
• Mobilize cross-functional delivery at speed using agile ways of working; establish cadence and remove blockers.
• Drive measurable outcomes linked to company performance with clear targets and success measures.
• Shape and prioritize the transformation portfolio, align senior stakeholders on trade-offs and sequencing.
• Lead future-state process redesign, embedding digitalisation and AI to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Develop and coach the 4 direct reports and strengthen agile delivery and data-driven problem solving.
• Partner with senior leaders to align decisions and drive accountability across functions.
