Job summary

Driscoll Strawberry Associates, Inc in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced HR leader to become Manager, Global People Services EMEA. You will shape and grow People Services across the region, including payroll, data and Workday, while leading the Employee Experience and Tier 2 Specialist teams to deliver high-quality HR support.

You will drive cross-country transformation, ensure compliant, efficient service, and partner with Global People Services to advance HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in HR service delivery, shared services or People Services.
• Proven track record leading multi-country teams and improving HR operations.
• Experience with payroll operations and HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead Employee Experience and Tier 2 Specialist teams across EMEA.
• Oversee payroll delivery and HR services across multiple countries.
• Drive process improvement using Workday, data and new technologies.
• Set KPIs, service levels and collaborate with Global People Services.
• Ensure HR documentation and compliance with local laws.
