Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a Manager, Payroll & Benefits - EMEA to deliver and govern payroll and benefits across 13+ countries. You will lead a dispersed team and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to standardize processes and improve reporting.

You will own the EMEA Payroll Consolidation program, drive governance, and ensure compliance with GDPR and local regulations while maintaining high service levels and stakeholder satisfaction across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of payroll/benefits experience with multi-country EMEA responsibility.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers and benefit vendors.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and employment regulations across EMEA.
• Experience supporting system implementations or payroll transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing across 13+ EMEA countries with governance and audit readiness.
• Oversee benefits programs including health, retirement, risk, wellbeing, and country-specific offerings.
• Drive the EMEA Payroll Consolidation program, coordinating with HR, Finance and IT.
• Lead onsite and remote payroll/benefits teams across the region.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers, brokers, insurers, and other vendors.
• Ensure GDPR, local laws, and internal controls compliance; lead audits.
