Job summary

Driscoll's, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager, Global People Services EMEA to lead and expand the People Services delivery across the EMEA region.

You will ensure consistent, high-quality HR support, improve processes, and leverage Workday and data to drive performance while collaborating with global teams. You will lead Employee Experience and Tier 2 Specialist teams, oversee payroll delivery, and champion standardization of HR services across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR teams and delivering multi-country HR services.
• Strong operational and process excellence focus.
• Experience with payroll operations in international contexts.
• Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead Employee Experience and Tier 2 Specialist teams across EMEA.
• Oversee payroll delivery and ensure accuracy.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to improve service levels.
• Drive HR process improvements using Workday and data.
• Ensure HR documentation and SOPs are up to date.
• Collaborate with Global People Services leadership and HR stakeholders.
• Travel up to 30% internationally and domestically.
