You will act as SME for payroll queries, drive process improvements and lead payroll projects, while ensuring accurate, compliant payroll delivery for multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Managing the team of payroll processors, whilst taking a hands on approach to process payroll yourself.
• Being the go to SME for all thing payroll related and dealing with complex and escalated queries
• Providing comprehensive and accurate payroll advice
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the team and accountability
• Leading on payroll related projects where necessary
