Job summary

Director of People Partnering, EMEA at Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, leads a high‑impact People Partnering team to support international growth and complex organisations.

You'll partner with senior leaders on organisation design, leadership development and talent strategy across multiple markets, including the UK, Europe and beyond, while aligning with UK employment law and local experts as needed.

Qualifications

• Deep experience operating as a senior People Partner or HRBP in complex, high-growth environments.
• Experience working with senior executives to influence organisational decisions on leadership and talent.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and cross-jurisdiction experience.
