Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, is hiring a Director of People Partnering, EMEA to shape leadership and talent strategy across markets. You will work with senior leaders to translate business priorities into organisation, leadership and talent decisions that drive growth and performance.

You’ll lead a growing team of People Partners and collaborate with Employment Legal and local experts to ensure scalable, compliant people solutions across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Senior People Partner or HRBP experience in high-growth environments.
• Experience working with senior executives on organisation and talent decisions.
• Proven success in organisation design, workforce planning and leadership development.
• Strong business acumen to translate strategy into people solutions.
• Ability to navigate UK employment law and multiple jurisdictions.
