Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a People Experience Partner for EMEA to shape the employee journey from onboarding to culture. You’ll own onboarding, benefits, rituals, events, and community experiences, and partner with People, Talent, Marketing, and Office Management to bring our culture to life across regions.

In this hands-on role you’ll drive scalable programs, use data to guide decisions, manage budgets, and build compelling experiences that reflect our mission as a healthcare brand across the UK

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in People Experience, Workplace Experience, HR, events, or similar roles.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience planning and delivering events or engagement initiatives end-to-end.
• Comfortable working across multiple locations with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong execution bias.
• Willing to travel where required to deliver experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding experience across EMEA, ensuring day-one readiness.
• Develop and deliver benefits, engagement, rituals, and events programs.
• Collaborate with People Partners, Operations, Talent, Marketing, and Office Management.
• Use data to drive decisions and build business cases for investments.
• Plan and execute internal events, All Hands, and offsites.
• Manage budgets and sponsorships for clubs and rewards.
