Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company UK Ltd is seeking a Sr. Analyst for EMEA Pension and Total Rewards at the Springfields Fuel Site near Preston. The role supports the Director of Total Rewards in data analytics, pension compliance, and benefits benchmarking across the region.

You will work with advisors to ensure UK pension plan compliance, manage monthly contributions, and communicate with pension trustees while driving efficiency through analytics and automation improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or HR with pensions knowledge.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with SAP, payroll and pension systems.

Responsibilities

• Support UK pension plan compliance and UK regulatory requirements.
• Review monthly pension contributions for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with pension trustees and communicate plan services.
• Analyze Total Rewards data and benchmark salaries and benefits across EMEA.
• Identify data requirements and manage cross‑country reporting.
• Suggest efficiency improvements to benefits administration and automation.
• Verify data submissions to plan recordkeepers and propose process upgrades.
