Brightwell in Chesterfield is seeking a Senior Member Data Analyst to lead data quality and value improvements for member data in UK defined benefit pensions. You will work with pensions administration, actuarial and client teams to tackle data challenges, deliver high-quality extracts, and drive data governance.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, advanced SQL skills, and automated reporting to support regulatory and client reporting needs while enabling accurate member outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience with UK Defined Benefit pension scheme data.
• Knowledge of pension administration platforms and member data structures (IntelliPen desirable).
• Experience in pension administration, pensions consulting or in-house pensions environment.
• Advanced SQL/T-SQL and large, complex datasets.
• Proven experience developing data extracts, reconciliations and automated reporting solutions.
• Experience investigating and resolving data quality issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.

• Develop, analyse and validate member data extracts to support business and client requirements.
• Automate, repeatable data solutions using SQL and other analytical tools.
• Deliver actuarial valuation data and client reporting requirements.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues, identifying root causes and improvements.
• Produce meaningful data quality metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Support data governance, controls and working practices; assist on data quality initiatives.
