Job summary

Google for Education's Global Impact team seeks an EMEA PD Partner Manager to build and develop facilitators delivering high-impact learning experiences to educators and administrators across the region.

You will lead growth, operations, and quality assurance of the PD Partner network within your territory, blending ecosystem management with instructional coaching to scale standards regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in instructional coaching or corporate training.
• Experience creating training guides, building learning materials, and delivering engaging workshops.
• Experience planning and coordinating event logistics from inception to execution.
• Experience navigating the localized educational landscapes across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high-quality training partners and independent facilitators across the region.
• Drive partner success by reviewing regional applications and providing structured onboarding guidance.
• Elevate facilitation standards by hosting upskilling workshops and creating training guides.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between external partners and internal regional teams.
• Monitor regional partner performance metrics and support leadership updates.
