Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Relationship Manager to serve clients across the EMEA region. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and Global Payments, understanding needs, financial expectations, and product requirements, and you will build networks across operational and executive stakeholders.

You will coordinate client meetings, visits to Global Payments offices, and presentations at client sites, while focusing on retention and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space.
• Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with Merchants and/or partners.
• Understanding of global payment requirements and needs.
• Preferable additional language spoken (Italian/French/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary liaison between client and Global Payments and understands client needs including financial expectations and restrictions.
• Within client organizations, builds network of both operational and executive C-level users and maintains knowledge of products and services utilized.
• Works directly with relevant teams to plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Global Payments offices and Executive and/or Sales Executive visits and presentations at client on-site facilities.

• Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
