Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Relationship/Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between the client and Global Payments, understanding financial expectations and restrictions.

You will build networks across client organizations and engage executive stakeholders with product knowledge to drive value. Join a high-performing team covering the EMEA region, focusing on client retention and revenue growth while mentoring junior teammates and coordinating strategic meetings at client sites

Qualifications

• Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space.
• Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with Merchants and/or partners.
• Understanding of global payment requirements and needs.
• Preferable additional language spoken (Italian/French/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the client and Global Payments and understand client needs.
• Within client organizations, build network of both operational and executive users and maintains knowledge of products and services utilized.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Global Payments offices and Executive and/or Sales Executive visits and presentations at client on-site facilities.
• Sell products and services
• Manage relationships
• Ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies
• Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth
• Coach and mentor junior team members
