Job summary

Worldpay (UK) Limited is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to join our EMEA Commercial team. You will act as the main liaison between clients and Global Payments, understanding client needs and driving revenue growth across merchants and partners in the EMEA region.

You will build executive-level relationships, plan client meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Relationship/Account Manager in payments/fintech.
• Understanding of global payment requirements and needs.
• Additional language skills (Italian/French/Spanish) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary liaison between clients and Global Payments.
• Builds relationships with operational and executive users.
• Coordinates client meetings at Global Payments offices and visits at client sites.
• Sell products and services and manage relationships to retain revenue.
• Ensure alignment of client technology with business strategies.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
