Job summary

Global Payments in the UK seeks an experienced EMEA Integration & Transformation Partner to lead the PCC Operating Model rollout across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will partner with regional stakeholders, guide role changes and ensure alignment with global design while respecting local nuances.

You will deliver clear messaging, training kits and guidance, work with the HR Transformation & Integration team, and act as a trusted advisor to PCC leaders in EMEA during the transformation

Qualifications

• Experience with HR structures and processes.

• Experience navigating matrixed organizations with global and local considerations.
• Experience in HR, preferably in the HR Partner space, and supporting M&A activity.

• Gather insights from regional stakeholders and translate them into recommendations for continuous improvement of the model.
• Deliver messaging, toolkits, and guidance to support adoption of the new PCC operating Model across countries and teams.
• Work with the global HR Transformation & Integration team to ensure EMEA progress is visible within the program design.
• Act as a sounding board to PCC leaders and teams in EMEA during the transformation journey.

What You’ll Own

Serve as a visible advocate for the PCC Operating Model, building understanding and enthusiasm across the EMEA region. Partner closely with the relevant EMEA stakeholders to share updates, answer questions, and address concerns around the transformation. Gather insights, feedback, and lessons learned from regional stakeholders and translate them into recommendations for continuous improvement of the model. Guide PCC teams through role changes, transitions, and structural shifts, ensuring alignment with global direct while considering local nuances. Deliver clear messaging, toolkits, and guidance to support adoption of the new PCC operating Model across countries and teams. Work hand in hand with the global HR Transformation & Integration team to ensure EMEA progress, challenges, and successes are visible and incorporated into overall program design. Act as a sounding board to PCC leaders and team members in EMEA, providing practical advice and support during the transformation journey.

What you’ll bring

Strong knowledge of HR structures, processes, and the dynamics of HR, particularly within Global Payments. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and engage diverse stakeholders. Comfortable working in an evolving, fast paced environment and proactively driving clarity. Ability to work across time zones. Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and balancing global consistency with local relevance. Experience in HR, preferably in the HR Partner space. Experience supporting M&A activity.
