Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in developing and managing partnerships within payments in the EMEA industry.
• Experience with C-level executives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience securing payment processing or ancillary service agreements.
• Experience with partners in IDs, e-invoicing, or disbursements.

Responsibilities

• Guide Google product teams on EMEA payment practices and regulatory requirements.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations across partnerships.
• Be the point of contact for complex partner escalations (finance, operations, tech, regulatory).
• Analyze partner scorecards to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Google in strategic dialogues with partners, networks, issuers, and regulators.
