Job summary

U.S. Bank’s Elavon team seeks a Partner Development Manager to accelerate embedded payment partnerships for the UK & Ireland market. You will focus on growing tier 1 EPPs, building strong partner relationships, and collaborating with product and marketing to bring opportunities to life.

You will operate in a home-based remote role with travel to meet UK-based clients regularly. A track record in payments partnerships and strong negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in achieving targets in new business acquisitions.
• Strong skills in complex partnership development.
• Commercial and financial acumen with contract negotiation experience.
• Ability to build and maintain networks across levels.
• 10+ years in a payments role across acquiring, gateway or POS.
• Experience launching partnerships with product and marketing teams.
• Knowledge of payment ecosystems including platforms, ISVs and developers.

Responsibilities

• Grow Elavon’s global tier 1 embedded payment partnerships within UK & Ireland.
• Apply a solution sales approach to retain and expand key partnerships.
• Build cross-functional relationships to develop and implement ideas.
• Collaborate with regional EPP teams to align vision and goals.
• Lead negotiations balancing needs of Elavon, partners and merchants.
• Maintain awareness of market and competitive landscape to close opportunities.
• Drive the majority remote-based partnerships with active business development.
• Meet annual, quarterly and monthly sales objectives.
