Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Partnerships Packaging & Solutions Manager to lead IP/content packaging across EMEA. You will shape multi-market sponsorships, develop turnkey and custom solutions, and work with Ads, Marketing, Legal, Product and regional teams.

You bring 10+ years in partnerships, deep knowledge of the EMEA landscape, and a track record of pricing, packaging and go-to-market strategy for brand collaborations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in linear and/or streaming partnerships, sponsorships management, or media agency partnerships
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA market and key countries (UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy)
• Experience with pricing & packaging sponsorships and/or brand partnerships across multiple channels

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the strategic partnership/sponsorship packaging offering in EMEA across Netflix IP
• Become an expert in our ecosystem of ad formats to package effective solutions around advertiser moments
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored go-to-market strategies
• Develop sales materials for sponsorship opportunities across single and multi-title packages, events, social, and new offerings
• Align with Commercialisation and Ads Pricing to establish regional/tiered packages
• Define workflows with internal partners
• Collaborate with Ads, Marketing & Product on new capabilities and partnership innovation
• Develop memos articulating clear go-to-market strategies to expand Partnerships in EMEA
• Work with Legal, Ad Policy, Product, and activation teams to grow revenue while protecting member experience
