Job summary

Netflix Services UK Limited is seeking a Licensing Manager for Consumer Products UK & EMEA. You will lead the licensing strategy and execution across the UK, shaping fashion licensing opportunities and partnerships with licensees and brand partners.

You will apply deep Softlines experience to identify growth, translate global franchise strategies to local plans, and manage cross-functional programs from strategy to execution across markets in the UK and wider EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Experience in licensing, consumer products or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of Softlines (apparel, accessories, home textiles).
• Ability to develop licensing/consumer products strategies and manage external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UK licensing strategy and execution across key categories and partners.
• Shape the EMEA fashion licensing strategy with regional opportunities.
• Build and manage strategic licensee relationships and joint business plans.
• Translate global franchise strategies into locally relevant licensing plans for UK/EMEA.
