Matillion, the AI Data Automation company behind Maia, is seeking a Senior Director of Partnerships to shape and drive the regional partner strategy across EMEA. You will lead the commercial direction, grow the partner ecosystem, and ensure governance and scaling of alliances across Boutique SI, Global SI, Technology and Cloud partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling partner ecosystems in SaaS/cloud/data.
• Track record with Global and Boutique System Integrators and Technology/Cloud partners.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent ownership of pipeline, revenue, or growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the EMEA partnerships strategy.
• Grow and optimise the regional partner ecosystem across SI and technology partners.
• Lead a high-performing partnerships team and executive relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product to maximise partner success.
