Job summary
Appian Corporation in London seeks a Director of Solutions Consulting to lead a high-impact pre-sales team and drive revenue velocity across the EMEA region. The role requires 10+ years in solutions consulting, 5+ years of leadership, and up to 70% travel. Hybrid onsite work with 2–3 days at the London office is expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business/IS required.
- 10+ years in solutions consulting or pre-sales in enterprise software.
- 5+ years leading technical teams.
- Experience with sales incentive plans and revenue targets.
- Expert in enterprise architecture, system integration, and product demos.
- Willingness to travel up to 70%.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a 3–6 person pre-sales team.
- Oversee scoping, design, and delivery of technical sales demos and POCs.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on opportunity qualification and planning.
- Architect customer installation models and integration plans.
- Influence product direction based on field feedback.
- Represent Appian at executive briefings and events.
