Job summary

Algolia in London (UK) is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to enable SI, ISV, and Cloud partners across EMEA. You will be the primary technical advisor, helping partners build, validate, and sell integrations on the Algolia platform.

The role blends consulting, enablement, and relationship management within a mature, global Partner Solutions Engineering team. You will work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partner Managers to scale partner success and drive revenue across the

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a related role.
Experience with Systems Integrators and ISV partners.
Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, web architectures, and modern software practices.
Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver onboarding and enablement programs for SI, ISV, and Cloud partners.
Act as primary technical contact for strategic partners throughout their lifecycle.
Provide ongoing technical guidance and best practices for partner implementations.
Develop scalable enablement materials, demos, and technical documentation.
Support partner-led sales with presales technical expertise.
Collaborate with product and engineering to align partner solutions with best practices.
Build trusted relationships with technical leaders at strategic partners.
Share partner feedback with internal teams to drive improvements.
