Job summary

Algolia in London is hiring a Partner Solutions Engineer (EMEA) to expand our partner ecosystem. You’ll serve as the technical advisor across SI, ISV, Cloud, OEM, and Reseller partners, helping them build, sell, and deliver Algolia-powered experiences.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and the global Partner Solutions Engineering team to enable partners, validate integrations, and translate complex capabilities into clear business value for technical and executive

Qualifications

5+ years experience in Solutions Engineer/Sales Engineer/Partner Engineer roles.
Experience with Systems Integrators and ISV Partners.
Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, web architectures, and modern software development practices.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical onboarding and enablement programs for SI, ISV, and Cloud partners.
Act as the primary technical contact for strategic partners across their lifecycle with Algolia.
Provide ongoing technical guidance and best practices for partner implementations.
Develop scalable enablement materials, workshops, demos, and technical documentation for partners.
Evaluate, validate, and certify partner-built accelerators and integrations.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align partner solutions with platform best practices.
Translate capabilities into business value for technical and executive audiences.
