Job summary

Algolia is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer (EMEA) to expand our partner ecosystem. You will act as the primary technical advisor across SI, ISV, Cloud, OEM, and Reseller partners in the EMEA region, enabling them to build, sell, and deliver Algolia-powered experiences.

You will collaborate with Partner Managers, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and the global Partner Solutions Engineering team to onboard partners, validate solutions, and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar role.
• Experience with Systems Integrators and ISV partners.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, cloud tech, and modern web architectures.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical onboarding and enablement programs for SI, ISV, and Cloud partners.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic partners throughout their lifecycle.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and best practices to ensure partners implement and innovate with Algolia solutions.
